The Little House Valadier
The interior of the Little House Valadier is extraordinarily beautiful. The architect Giuseppe Valadier, who designed the Casina Valadier, decided to make his home here.
Constituted by a cubic volume, which is set against an elegant portico with Ionic columns, the little house was born with the function of fashionable meeting, also for its panoramic position.
Unfortunately the architect’s death came before its completion and was immediately turned into a café.
It is still one of the cafes and restaurants of Rome and every year there are festivals, weddings and parties. A recent renovation has given splendor to the refined atmosphere of the interior neoclassical, with frescoes and paintings in the Pompeian style.
Widely considered to be one of the most trendy and exclusive, the Little House Valadier is a perfect place to spend an evening and enjoy the spectacle of a panoramic view over the rooftops of Rome.
