The little house of Raffaello in Villa Borghese
The little ones are welcome in the exceptional environment for children created in the Casina di Raffaello, the playroom surrounded the park of Villa Borghese, in the beautiful building of the ’500 (was originally called “house dell’Alboreto of the Mulberries” and was then transformed by Asprucci around 1791), that the City Council was opened in 2006 and dedicated it to all children aged 3 to 10 years of age. The entrance to the Casina di Raffaello is free and allows parents to rest for a moment, while children can read many children’s books available in the area devoted to reading, or play in the playground that is located in front of the Casina Raphael, consisting of a wooden house raised, a fully equipped mobile path, a giant accordion that you can play with your feet and much more.
The cottage of Raphael is also home to a beautiful lab where kids can paint and play under the guidance of experienced facilitators (for an additional fee). In the meantime, parents can finally rest maybe just to have a coffee at the Bar del Cinema is located in front of the Casina di Raffaello (worth a visit).
