Parioli Theater
The “Teatro Parioli” is considered to be the theater of the “Rome well,” upper middle class, at least until it has become a permanent home for the filming of the Maurizio Costanzo Show, successful transmission of the second evening of the Mediaset networks, conduct by Maurizio Costanzo, who is also the artistic director of the Roman theater.
From Parioli came out, thanks to the promotion of the successful television program, many comedians and cabaret performers of recent Italian.
Throughout its history, however, the Parioli boasts one of the shows that have made the history of Italian entertainment, namely “Scanzonatissimo” starring Alighiero Noschese.
In recent years, the supply of Parioli has maintained the characteristics of the origin, suggesting comedies, humorous and giving space to many interpreters of laughter, in particular circuit Zelig, recognized as the best school of the Italian comedy, a distinctly television.
Among the names passed to Parioli, Vincenzo Salemme, both as a performer and as a playwright, Figs D’India, and many members of the small screen, like Job Covatta.
In 2011 the Teatro Parioli risked losing its cultural identity, disaster averted by Luigi De Filippo and his wife Laura Tibaldi who saved the theater from certain death
