Etruscan roman Sanctuary of Grasceta of the Cavallari

The temple  of the Etruscan roman Sanctuary of Grasceta of the Cavallari  is located near the crossroads in the village Municipal Macchiosi and can be reached by walking Tolfa first Braccianese Claudia towards Bracciano and after the road and then turn onto Marano, after the bridge over Ditch Water Bianca, the road that goes to the left in the territory owned by the University of Agriculture Tolfa.

The sanctuary was excavated for the first time between 1955 and 1957, were subsequently conducted other excavation and cleanup by the Superintendency. It is situated along the medieval street of Customs who, through the mountains of Tolfa led to Viterbo. The excavations have brought to light a fence blocks access arcade.
