Buttaoni Palace
At n. 30 of Via Roma (formerly known as Via Lizzera), which is a section of the Via Claudia Braccianese, the main road connecting the village with Rome and Civitavecchia, you can visit Palazzo Buttaoni which are still recognizable typological essential elements of the building: a monumental entrance portal, an open atrium with a fountain to a depth, a court loggiata arched over three floors show their noble original value.
The building has been home to the University of Agricultural Tolfa until the mid 90′s and now houses the new library.
